We want you to love your ARTSRIA purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can submit a return request directly through your account โ€” no need to email us first.

    Select the order and item(s) you'd like to return.

    Choose your return reason and submit your request.

    We'll review and follow up with return shipping instructions.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

Cancel an order

Can't find your order in your account? Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll help.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Please use the returns process above instead.


Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
